Straub's Charcuteries & Catering is a boutique, woman-owned catering firm serving the Upstate of South Carolina and surrounding areas. Because we intentionally remain a boutique, owner-led business, our clients work directly with the owners responsible for designing and executing the culinary and service experience for their event.

 

In 2025 alone, our team successfully executed more than 175 events across the Upstate, ranging from intimate private dinners to large weddings, nonprofit galas, and corporate gatherings serving more than 200 guests. Our experience includes events such as the Anderson County Museum fundraiser, The Asher House Gala - which we have proudly executed for the past two years - large corporate celebrations including events hosted for Anderson County, and catering support for Clemson University Volleyball.
